Riverview Behavioral Health is a residential inpatient hospital for children ages 5-11, adolescents ages 12-17, adults age 18 and older, and seniors age 55 and older who are suffering from one or multiple mental health disorders. We are conveniently located in Texarkana, Arkansas, near the borders of Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma. Our mental health treatment center offers a continuum of behavioral and psychiatric health services, including acute inpatient services for adolescents, acute inpatient services for adults, and off-site mobile assessment services for individuals who require more specialized care. Our team of nurses, psychiatrists, social workers, recreational specialists, therapists, and other mental health professionals assists and looks after patients 24/7 to ensure a safe environment for healing. We utilize techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and the 12-Step model of recovery in conjunction with experiential therapies, such as art, music, and recreational therapies.
