my daily reflections…

for a time into my recovery i did not have the privilege of seein my children or any other family members. though i was able to speak to em over the phone, i had no physical contact with em. this was a blessin in disguise coz the focus i needed to have was on fixin me. as i vigilantly trudged toward gainin any kind of recovery, engagin in the process of this thing we do, i began gettin healthy. when it was finally time to see em, after well over a year and a half, as askance as they may have been, they did see the change recovery had produced with in me. others had too. recovery was operatin within me! today my children are grown and have lives and familys of their own. and i get to have blessed relationships with all three of em today. 1 day @ a time...
