throughout my time in this thing we do ive been blessed to have a lot of contact with both newcomers and old timers. weve shared our storys together and have been able to learn how to practice the principles of recovery and love w/out strings when we are out livin our lives away from the rooms. ive also had times were ive suffered due to life gettin busy and have had little contact with others in recovery. these times can be difficult to live through, makin it arduous to practice the gift of recovery with those who may not understand. even when givin the love this thing we do teaches me, i feel left behind in the goins on of life when there is a lack of time to get the refresh i need from the rooms. so, this mornins readin says much! not that i forget to practice my recovery when im away from the rooms, but nothin will so much insure immunity from drinkin as intensive work with other alcoholics. i understand today how my personal experience has proved to me the significance of this time with others who may be just like me. 1 day @ a time...
