my journey into this thing we do has revealed to me that the ideas rooted in spiritual principles are simply suggestions for how to navigate life. as i found myself restlessly shiftin in my chair durin meetins, a realization dawned on me: there was somethin profound in the experiences shared by others that inspired their belief in a HP, whatever that might be. they reassured me, echoin the advice of my sponsor, that all i truly needed was an open mind. i had to let go of my compulsion to have all the answers, which stemmed from my belief that i already knew everythin. despite the knots i tied in my stomach through thinkin, i endeavored to embrace a broader perspective, initially relyin on the religious teachins from my childhood. however, that approach fell short. it was only when i turned to spiritual concepts that i found clarity and understandin. today, i continue to draw from both spiritual teachins and the religious lessons of my past, as i have discovered that spiritual principles do not impose demands; instead, they offer gentle guidance on actions and behaviors that facilitate a transformation in my mindset. 1 day @ a time…
