my daily reflections…

since i have been livin the principles of this thing we do, my outlook has changed. i no longer have to sit and face the hopeless fears tremblin as i once did. i get to live life today, i get to love life today. i still have to battle certain feelins but, i dont have to drink over them to conquer them. i have a faith that God will help me battle them and put them to rest. its what my sponsor said to me when i had completed the 12th step with him, “carry the message.” today i try to continue that mission. it is what i need to do to keep sober and in recovery fer myself. service toward others who may be seekin a new way of life, showin the newcomer how my life is, without alcohol, by livin each day as it comes, applyin what this thing we do has given me. they are actions, a show, and tell, of the opportunity available to them. 1 day @ a time…
