About Park Royal Hospital

The mission of Park Royal Hospital is to inspire, encourage, and treat men and women age 18 and older who are struggling with mental health concerns through compassionate care. We offer a variety of programs and services that are tailored for adults, including Alzheimer’s disease treatment, dementia treatment, and inpatient programming for older adults, along with a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for younger adults. Park Royal Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida, also provides multiple specialized services, including electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) for those who have clinical depression. Additionally, we have a gender-specific inpatient care unit for women who are struggling with mental health concerns such as postpartum depression and co-occurring substance use disorders. As a highly structured outpatient service, the PHP at Park Royal Hospital uses group psychotherapy as its main method of treatment. Groups offered include peer groups, process groups, and psychoeducational groups, and topics covered include codependency, emotion regulation, and relapse prevention. Our clients can expect to receive consistent care and guidance as they work toward recovery.
