Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Located in Santa Ana, California, Santa Ana Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults who are struggling with addictions to opioids. MAT combines the use of prescription medication with counseling to offer patients a truly comprehensive approach to addiction treatment. At the time of admission, patients take part in a thorough assessment that helps our team develop a treatment plan that is most appropriate for them. At some methadone clinics, patients only have access to one type of medication. At Santa Ana CTC, however, we can prescribe multiple medications, including methadone, buprenorphine, Suboxone, and naltrexone. These FDA-approved medications alleviate the symptoms of withdrawal, making it easier for patients to engage in the therapeutic aspects of treatment. Our CTC offers both individual and group counseling, which provides patients with the opportunity to discuss their experiences both in a one-on-one setting and in a group setting with other patients who may have faced similar challenges. This sense of community can provide the support and encouragement people need to be successful in their recovery journeys.
