Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Conveniently located in Port Orange, Florida, Volusia County Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) provides personalized outpatient treatment for adults who are battling addictions to opioids. We offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT), which combines counseling with the use of prescription medication to help individuals put an end to their opioid use. While some methadone clinics are only equipped to provide one type of medication, our treatment center is able to prescribe three different types of medication, including methadone, buprenorphine, and Suboxone. The specific prescription a patient receives depends on the result of an assessment they complete at the time of admission. These medications reduce the symptoms of withdrawal, allowing individuals to place their focus solely on the recovery process. By also engaging in individual and group therapy, patients benefit from a truly comprehensive treatment experience that can lead to lasting sobriety.
