To be considered for inclusion in the In The Rooms Recovery Coaching Directory, you first need to fill out the submission form. Our team will review your submission and respond once approved. Then, please follow the steps below to step up your schedule, accept bookings, and connect with prospective coachees through your directory listing.
Step 1: Create Your FlexBooker Account
After your submission is approved, you will receive an email invitation from FlexBooker, our scheduling partner, to set up your coaching schedule. Please be sure to check your spam folder for the invitation, just in case. Follow the prompts to create your FlexBooker account.
Step 2: Add Your Schedule and Rates
From your FlexBooker account, go to the Setup tab, then select Schedules in the left-hand sidebar. Click the Add New Schedule button.
From here, you can select from two schedule types: Flexible Schedule or Fixed Time Schedule. We recommend using the Flexible Schedule. Click Create, then follow the prompts to set up your schedule. You can input ranges of time that you are available and add buffer time in between appointments if you wish. On the final screen, you will select the services that you offer and can enter your own custom rates for the services you choose. To set your own price for a service, type your custom service fee into the Override Price form field. You can edit your schedule at any time from the Schedules tab.
Step 3: Integrate Your Calendar
If you have another calendar that you use, you can integrate it with your coaching calendar on FlexBooker to prevent double-booking. Go to the Setup tab, then select External Calendars from the left-hand sidebar. Click the Add Calendar Integration button, then follow the prompts to integrate.
If you plan to use GoToMeeting or Zoom for your virtual recovery coaching sessions, you can integrate your account with FlexBooker to make it easy for your coachees to join your sessions. From the Setup tab, select Integrations in the left-hand sidebar, then follow the prompts to connect your account.

I’m All Set Up! What’s Next?
Once you’ve completed set-up in FlexBooker, prospective coachees will be able to send you a message, or book sessions with you, directly from your website listing. Coachees will see your listing in the Recovery Coaching Directory.

- Regularly monitor your FlexBooker account to stay up-to-date as coachees begin booking sessions.
