Dr. Cook is conveniently located at the Varsity Building, a round-shaped building several blocks from the University of Hawaii. The building is along University Avenue, halfway between the highway and S King St. There is a large open-air parking lot. We accept cash, check, and we take almost every major insurance carrier in Hawaii.
