Crestwyn Behavioral Health is a leading mental health and addiction treatment center located in Memphis, Tennessee. Our mission is to assist individuals who are in crisis due to existing mental health and substance use concerns. Crestwyn Behavioral Health has three different inpatient programs: one for children and adolescents ages 10-17, one for adults age 18 and older, and one for senior adults. Our behavioral health center also offers partial hospitalization programming (PHP) and intensive outpatient programming (IOP) for adults who require additional support. We help patients manage their symptoms by providing a range of treatment options and activities that allow them to develop healthy coping skills to handle challenges they are facing. At Crestwyn Behavioral Health, our staff is trained to provide treatment for disorders and conditions including posttraumatic stress disorder, early onset Alzheimer’s disease, self-harm, and prescription drug addiction. Our adolescent and adult programs are designed to provide a customized treatment experience that restores hope and instills new behaviors to aid in long-term recovery.
