Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Spokane Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is a leading provider of outpatient opioid addiction treatment. Located in Spokane, Washington, our treatment center offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults who are battling addictions to morphine, heroin, and other opioids. With years of research supporting its effectiveness, MAT combines the use of prescription medication with counseling. There are some methadone clinics that only prescribe one medication, but at Spokane CTC, we are able to offer our patients methadone, buprenorphine, and Suboxone. Each patient receives a comprehensive assessment prior to admission to our program, and the results of that assessment help in determining which medication will be of most benefit to them. In addition to taking the medication, patients can take part in individual and group therapy. These sessions are designed to provide individuals with a space to examine the reasons why they may have begun using opioids, learn ways they can avoid triggers, and develop coping skills they can use throughout their recovery journey.
