Today I am a Grateful Recovering Alcoholic and Addict. I'm a First Nations member of Wellbriety. I strive to develop emotional balance and harmony with myself and others. I relapsed chronically in A.A. and N.A. for 12 years before I finally admitted to my inner-most self that I was a real alcoholic and addict. Over the years, I have been in and out of numerous treatment programs, hospitals, shelters and was homeless several times! Today, i'm grateful for the gift of Recovery, my therapists, my sponosors, treatment counselors and sober living friends and family. One Day At A Time!
