Nice to meet you, I’m Luke Worsfold, Addiction Specialist, Podcast Host and founder. I went from an emotionally dead, drug-addict to a fulfilled, recovery counsellor after losing my mum, Lisa, to drugs at the age of 10. I now run Lisa Inside Addiction that provides online recovery programs to hold the light down the tunnel of darkness. Helping people stuck at the level of consciousness of addiction to become the best version of themselves, ensuring fewer people lose their lives to drugs and alcohol as his mum did.
On the podcast we go Inside Addiction, speaking with experts so you can learn the practical tools to control your drink or drug use. We discuss with relatives who are hurt by the ripples of addiction so you can get your relationships back on track and we gain inspiration from addicts on their journey of sobriety so you can learn from their mistakes so you don’t lose everything.
