my daily reflections…

as good as i was at quitin stuff in the past i know that this is somethin i dont want to ever end. i have received so many great gifts from my recovery. as i have watched others grow and prosper in this great gift of recovery, i want to also. i know that it doesnt come easy, i must work diligently to continue to receive these great gifts from my HP. willingness is such a great force. when i think back today, the life ive left behind, and think of how ive persevered through some of the most treacherous fears life has to offer, by merely practicin, what are so simply defined, the spiritual principles of recovery, i am moved. the events of the past which wouldve turned me out, are reduced to surely processed, faced, and lived through, normal life incidents. i can only attribute this to the spiritual development ive experienced due to the practice of the 12-spiritual principles. as they may be simple, they have not been easy. but they have been manageable, providin a reason to believe. 1 day @ a time...
