my daily reflections…

it was said there in black and white in this morns readin, "Without unity, the heart of A.A. would cease to beat; . . ." the heartbeat of this program is within me and the ones i see every day in this great thing we do. i am so fortunate to be able to experience this great community of people who are just like me in more ways than not. it is my responsibility to keep this thing goin so others may receive the feelins and benefits i get from this thing we do through service work to this thing we do. the connectedness is somethin i could have never imagined when i 1st came into the rooms. to know there are people out there who have had similar struggles and conquered em together is just AWESOME!!! if recovery has taught me anythin, its that selfishness, self-centeredness, or absorbed ego, will never get, nor keep, me sober. i need the help of others; i need the unity of this thing we do. ty lord fer thinkin bout me im alive ‘n doin fine... 1 day @ a time...
