the two legacys spoke about here, of sufferin and of recovery, is truly somethin i have been akin to. when i speak with another alcoholic they know exactly where i am comin from. they may not have had the same exact experiences i have had with sufferin or recovery, but they know they truly know what i am speakin about. i really do think this is a gift from my HP. He has aligned people like me to help me, so i can help others who are just like me. people may come from different cultures and different backgrounds, but each of us know and understand, after a time practicin our recovery, how our alcoholism has affected us and our loved ones around us. it is my duty to help another if they ask. its how i get to stay sober and in recovery. 1 day @ a time...
