while keepin to its singleness of purpose this program has reached many. it has become a mainstay as a method of recovery from a seemingly incurable disease. i understand its main idea of helpin just 1 person remain in recovery is an institution i truly admire. it is a goal i must work at to attain. it has taught me, if i keep it simple and remain on course, i can change my life. its unbroken tradition has taught me principles which are easy enough concepts fer me to look forward to in my life. lettin my HP lead my way is somethin, i may have struggled with in my early recovery, and i never thought i could do, but as i have grown, ive learned how to be disciplined enough to follow. i am ever so grateful fer its undyin, unbroken tradition, of singleness of purpose so i may have it and, possibly, help others to achieve it also. what ive learned here is, if i have one personal goal, to remain sober, and in recovery, its worth to me, must be far greater than anythin else in my life. “job or no job - wife or no wife - i simply do not stop drinkin so long as i place dependence upon other people ahead of dependence on my HP.” usin/workin/practicin each of its spiritual principles to better my life, i get the opportunity to live this unbroken tradition. 1 day @ a time...
