as ive endeavred to persevere in practicin and livin these steps in my life, i have had the continuation of a spiritual experience which has broadened the spiritual awakenin spoke of in this mornins readin. it has provided a sense of serenity to my life like i have never known before. as hard as it may seem goin through situations today, it hasnt been as hard as before i came into the rooms. when before i might feel attacked and sink into the bitter morass of self-pity, i now have a positive release fer the normal negative feelins of my humanness. i get to portray confident actions and behavior, which have the specific affect of changin my thinkin. i can only attribute this type of serenity to the spiritual awakenin my HP has graced me with. 1 day @ a time...
