my daily reflections…

i aint gotta do this thing alone! i can share certain events or occurrences ive had in my life and there are those who may have had the same types of incidents happen in their lives, not relate to the emotions i may have felt when i experienced em. then there are those who latch right on to what im speakin of and totally dig what im sayin. they understand, theyve been there. these are usually the people who may potentially be just like me, alcoholic. and it doesnt ever seem that though we may have went through the same similar predicaments in our problems with alcohol, is what connects us. what connects us are those emotions we felt as we went through like life events which made us feel the way we did. then, we become alike, connected in searchin, together, how to overcome and triumph over our individual emotional alcoholic problems. its been my personal experience, as we learn together, we are brothers or sisters in our defects, we become, even more so, brothers or sisters in strivin for those common solutions. trusted friends in recovery. 1 day @ a time...
