my daily reflections…

recovery has given me a clear mind with which i can use to positively understand the world around me. it has allowed me to feel the emotions within which give me the intuitive knowledge to use the wisdom ive gained through the process of the 12 spiritual principles to decipher the world as it comes to me in any given moment. it has provided me people i get to interact with when im confused and do not know which path of action i should take. it has also given me a relationship with an HP of my understandin to help me break down and interpret what is happenin around me. when i apply what ive been offered and given, i am less likely to fall prey to my emotions or anothers who may be tryin to mislead me. today i can assess what is beneficial to me. i dont have to be left confused, frustrated, or angered. i can apply understandin and love so that negative emotions like suspicion dont leave me in an upset. it took me time in my early recovery to develop a trust in self. it has since been a growth i get to use to build relationships with myself, my HP, and others. self-confidence has allowed me to live with a confidence in the world around me. this confidence is a sense of acceptance i give others allowin em the ability to be who they are, just as ive grown the confidence to be who i am. as i use intelligent faith in Gods power, i get to count on it to help me master my emotions, help me to think kindly of others, and help me with any task in trust i undertake, no matter how difficult. as i grow in faith, i grow in trust. i get to use the power and strength from God so i get to be ready to meet whatever opportunities come my way. faith and trust help me to use every care, worry, and fear in a manner which allows the tide of peace & serenity, love & joy, confidence & hope, flow into my consciousness. i dont have to be blind if i dont want to be. the solutions offered through recovery help me form a protection and responsibility toward self that i get to evolve and grow in. its a beautiful thing to be willin & able to trust the emotions i feel today as they develop daily. 1 day @ a time...
