my daily reflections…

i feel a personal responsibility to this program of recovery. this thing we do has afforded me the life i live today. i have opened my mind, became honest, and willin enough to live its spiritual principles, which in turn, has given me a relationship with a Higher Power and a host of friends within its fellowship. this responsibility extends to my own recovery; i MUST continue to carry the message recovery offers if i want to keep recovery a mainstay in my life. sharin the forgiveness, hope, and love this thing we do offers, helps me to feel peace of mind in the thought of my HP and His purpose for my life. it feels good to be able to go through each day havin a solution for complex, and even, simple, problems that arise. to have a smile on my face from the time i awaken to the time i close my eyes at night is somethin i never was able to experience before recovery unless i was partyin. to be able to be the light in a room full of darkness showin others through action and behavior the gifts of recovery. what a blessin it is to be able to give others a smile on their faces and let them feel the unconditional love my HP has to give through me makes me feel good. these simple little answers to the chaos of any day are a sure tell that somethin greater than i is workin in my life. carryin the message in such a manner, i have found, is attraction others readily notice. 1 day @ a time…
