it does me no good to involve myself in the chaos of another when my goal is to help them. i need to get an understandin of the problem for sure, but to throw stones, does me no good in offerin a solution to any problem. it was made clear to me when i came into recovery that others were NOT the problem, that i, was the problem, that my priorities caused my problems. today, i want to share my experience, strength, and hope, in hopes that i am helpful to others, as this was the gift i received when i first came into the rooms. perpetuatin problems by pushin the blame onto others does not help me in my recovery. with this understandin, how can i assume castin these blames onto another will ever help. it is with my HP, offerin me strength and courage, that i am able to accept my place, listen, pray, and offer this experience to others. in many cases, the best way i can be of service to others is to listen. rarely is my word of importance or even needed. when it is my time to speak, i try to do it in a humble manner when speakin of my experience with recovery and the events that brought me to recovery. one of the best things i can do is pray for those i have worked with or those who have collaborated with me. it is truly a blessin to be asked by others for assistance. what a gifted by-product of recovery to be thought of as someone who would help rather than as someone to avoid. its been my experience there is no strength without unity, together everyone achieves more. 1 day @ a time…
