my daily reflections…

i can remember as a youth searchin and wantin to find love, wonderin how it felt. i would ask people, how do you know. i would always get the answer, it just comes, with no strings attached. you'll have it before you even realize it. i think this of the spiritual angle of our program too. as soon as i started doin the action to get and remain sober, i was startin to get the spiritual angle. i couldnt see it, taste it, hear it, touch it, yet it was there. one day i woke up and didnt have to search for love anymore; one day i woke up and didnt have to search for spirituality anymore. they were there, i could feel them. it is my understandin that my spirituality is somethin that comes from within me. it is my understandin of what i believe is my HP, one of my own conception. the transformations i have experienced within my life to this point in my own recovery, create and build upon my spirituality. the release from alcohols cunnin, bafflin, and powerful grasp, is what has shaped my spirituality. it has created hope and faith within my life, it has given me an understandin of what forgiveness and love are. the complete changes in my perception toward life and the attitude i have toward it are conceptions that come from the spiritual experiences i have had in my recovery to this point. i reckon today i have gotten the spiritual angle this mornins readin is suggestin. it is one that has not stopped growin or evolvin in my life. it continues to form, shape, and expand within me each day i live a life of recovery. 1 day @ a time…
