my daily reflections…

i needed a sponsor to get a clear understandin of what i needed to do to get sober. i also needed him to teach me the right things to do to stay sober. this required a commitment on my behalf to want to change the way i was livin. my sponsor and others showed me the way to an HP of my understandin. without God i could not have done this. my best thinkin turned me into an alcoholic, my best thinkin was always grand i thought. i just never put any action behind it. this thing we do taught me to turn right action and behavior into right thinkin and vice-versa. after learnin what the promises in this thing we do offered, i was all like, yeah, right. after havin lived the spiritual principles of this recovery program the promises mentioned in the 9th step started comin true fer me, even before i was halfway through the steps. it was, and still is, amazin to me that i could have turned my life around by followin a few simple suggestions. these suggestions werent really far-fetched, all i had to do was put action and behavior in front of the thoughts and ideas they implied. these promises have materialized as i have worked fer them daily. 1 day @ a time…
