my daily reflections…

my sponsor told me, joel, its up to you. here are facts, here is what i did to stop the melee, its up to you to do it. i was broken down enough finally to accept the facts and do as my sponsor suggested. i wanted change and knew there was only one way to get it, not doin it my way. i had to follow a Higher Powers way. today i could not live without hope or faith. its not like the lofty hope or faith i had before comin into this thing we do where i wished fer things that were outrageously preposterous or beyond normal human comprehension; the faith i have today is on a far different level than the insanity of the past. i need sensible hope and faith today to make each day tolerable. hope that i may do as my HPs will suggests and faith that when i do His will my life will be ok. i cant control all the happenins or outcomes in my life, life happens as it happens. i understand if i continue to have faith in the spiritual principles of this God given program of recovery, i will live to see another day without self-imposed crisis creatin a better past, present, and future fer me. love outpourin from within can be seen through my eyes today as i continue to hold faith close to my every thought and continue to carry it out with every action and behavior. 1 day @ a time…
