my daily reflections…

it is important fer me to never deny anybody the right to find out if they are like me. i remember when i came here i had a myriad of problems and issues. imagine if someone would have told me, nope, no corn fed not inbred michigan white trash allowed here, idk where i would be today. im grateful that i was accepted just fer who i was, now it is my responsibility to do the same fer others. i am grateful fer the 3rd tradition that explains the only requirement fer membership into this thing we do is a desire to stop drinkin. when i came through the doors i had many issues relatin to recovery that i needed help with, it wasnt just alcoholism. i know today where i would be if i hadnt been offered the love i was given. today i am still loved by the recoverin community and i remain sober and in recovery because of it. it is my responsibility to do the same fer others who i may cross paths with who want the same relief from the hell i was once livin, and they may still be. this God given program of an opportunity fer a new life saved mine, i want this thing we do, and me, to be there in the future fer others as well. 1 day @ a time…
