my daily reflections…

i know fear will never ever leave me totally. i have to use works i have learned from this program to defeat it. i wish i could “will” it away, but i know it is simply crazy thinkin. when fear approaches i need to face it head on and ask God to help me through it. it is through proper spiritual maintenance i have an opportunity to conquer fears when they arise. i cant tell ya i still aint got fears, they are all around me each and every day. how i deal with fear today is a lot different than how i used to deal with it. anger used to be the way i would deal with fear, today anger doesnt quite fix it, its not a cure fer it. today faith, that i can walk through fear, and come out on the other side ok, facin it head on, is the tool i use. acceptin whatever may be the outcome of facin my fear, i lean heavily upon the faith i have acquired today. movin through fear with grace, as best as i can, i can only thank my HP, recovery, and those who are closest to me fer the courage and strength i have gained from them to face fear with faith. 1 day @ a time…
