i had to learn to trust myself before i could trust others, and have them, trust me. it was a process that still happens even today. i cant be blind to my own wants or needs whether good or bad. i need to truly inventory every lil thing i think up as im still capable of lyin to myself. each day brings different situations to me i must judge healthily, and i must have faith that the decisions i make are the right ones. trustin my HP to help me make it through them is an imperative part of gainin that trust in self, and extendin it forward to others. this mornins readin is a very sound suggestion. though i may openly trust another i must always keep in mind, my motives, as well as theirs. i found early in my recovery, through livin the steps, it was important fer me to learn to trust myself before i could pass trust onto others. through the steps i learned that successful relationships were often built upon trust. it took time fer this to occur, but through diligent work with others in this thing we do, i was able to develop trust fer myself which in turn turned into trust fer, and of, others. gainin this sort of approval meant that i had to build upon my own self-confidence. learnin how to do this with baby steps i began to spread trust out within, and eventually with others. 1 day @ a time…
