my daily reflections…

i can remember early on, the experience i had with my sponsor. he knew i didnt have a car so he would come pick me up, and off we would go to a meetin here in town. this guy really didnt know me from any other stranger he had ever met, but he still took the time needed to help with anythin i needed as far as recovery was concerned. we would talk on the way to these events and get to know each other, sharin his experience, and i, mine. he would take me to recovery related events, and introduce me to the people he knew, who had helped him. this was my experience when i 1st came into the rooms. based upon this, i try to do the same with others i meet who are new to the program. amazingly, my HP provides ways fer this to happen. bein there fer others when they need it is somethin i can do to not only help em but maintain my recovery and spirituality as well. 1 day @ a time...
