I began my journey in sobriety in September after Labor Day Weekend. A bottom I hope and pray never to forget. Keeping it Green helps me never to believe the lie that I can drink safely again. I love being sober, and living this way far outweighs the old life and the insanity of that world. Although I only thought I drank too much on occasion and couldn't handle the hangovers, I now know it is so much more than that! Thanks to all the wonderful people who came before me and gave me love, time, and wisdom, I walk free from addictions. It's not about how much I drank. It's the fact that that drink took me away from a life that was of spirit and emotional well-being. Nothing changed in me; although I ran and changed the people in my life, I didn't. Recovery gave me the direction I sought, the support I needed, and daily acts of discipline that have made all the difference! Search Group Holistic Health
