my daily reflections…

it is my understandin that gettin involved means i make a decision and follow through with the action behind said decision. if ive made a decision and do nothin after that decision then what is the worth of that decision? its been my experience, when i made decisions in the past to try to get sober and stay that way, i didnt do what i needed to remain sober. henceforth, i drank again. faith, fer me, means i make a decision to believe shit will work out fer me. however, if i dont do what is necessary to capture and hold that faith, nothin happens with that faith. just as ive had to get involved in my own recovery to make it work fer me, i must also do the same with faith. it is my belief my recovery and my faith are synonymous with one another. when i have trouble with either, my recovery or my faith, i have trusted friends in recovery who are willin to help me. i do fer em just as they would do fer me, be available fer em when they need help with the same. it means there is action and more action required on my behalf if i want to have my recovery and use faith. 1 day @ a time...
