havin done the hardest work in my recovery up to step 6, i get to use what ive learned about myself, and have come to terms with, as assets toward progressive future growth, climbin up and out of the alcoholic mire id come to live. the upward path ive chosen to walk does not stop with a simple, yet not easy, education of self-will and learned character, there is more work to do. this work fer me involves strengthenin my relationship with my HP so i may continue my journey toward doin my HPs will, rather than my own. im required to utilize willingness to step beyond who i used to be, into a person with a beginnin toward bein someone ive NEVER known before. my sponsor asked me to listen to how he moved forward, usin his understandin as a guide until i could develop a spiritual walk of my own. he didnt press me to make it as his, but experiment, with what ive already started workin toward to trek a path of my own creation. today, as i continue to use willingness to pursue what i perceive is my HPs will fer me, as uncomfortable as it may feel within, i get to cultivate spiritual development establishin a spiritual experience which helps me to evolve in my recovery. 1 day @ a time...
