it can be easy for my ego to try to elevate itself by comparin me to others, leadin me to believe i am superior. however, this mindset is counterproductive to my recovery. through personal moral inventory ive learned that such thinkin was a significant factor in the days of doin my dirt and can be today as i work toward better solutions for my alcoholism. today, part of my commitment to recovery involves embracin others as they are. reflectin on this, i realize how different my life would be if the unity of the fellowship hadnt accepted me unconditionally. regardless of personal feelins, they never withheld love from me. i was welcomed with a spirit of love and tolerance, and its essential for me to extend that same kindness to others. 1 day @ a time…
