when i came into the rooms, i sought the fellowships guidance to understand love. to my astonishment, not only did they define love for me, but they also demonstrated how to love oneself. it took time for me to grasp this concept fully, but eventually, i did. the more experienced members did not impose their methods on me; rather, they shared their own journeys toward cultivatin healthy habits. through observation and countless questions posed to my sponsor, i began to nurture self-love. the process of forgiveness proved essential, as delvin into my personal moral inventory unearthed buried feelins of resentment that i needed to confront rather than ignore. as i gradually embraced self-love, i recognized that this love could manifest as gratitude toward others. today, i realize that while i may not always agree with the actions of those around me, i can still extend love to them, just as i love myself and as my HP loves me. 1 day @ a time…
