Who Answers?
i have come to understand that clingin to negative emotions and hopin for change without takin action is ultimately detrimental to my well-bein. this unhealthy attachment can fester like an untreated wound, leadin to a decline in my holistic emotional, psychological, behavioral, and spiritual health. when i stray from the guidance of my HP, i notice a marked deterioration in my behavior, allowin these feelins to dominate my thoughts and actions. recovery has taught me the importance of examinin the sources of my fears with a calm mind. in these moments, i turn to prayer, seekin the guidance i need from my HP. i also reach out to trusted friends within the recovery community, inquirin about their experiences in similar situations. i remain open to the insights that may come, whether through my HPs intuitive nudges or the wisdom shared by others. by reflectin on the reasons behind my fears and explorin constructive ways to address them, i find that the anxiety gradually diminishes. although the answers i receive may not always align with my desires, they often provide the guidance i truly need to move forward in a positive, healthy, direction. 1 day @ a time…
