Raised by a devoted adoptive mother and grandmother surrounded by strong female role models, Rese developed an innate resilience and a love for self-discovery. Despite a traumatic event at six, and major losses of his mother age 16, grandmother age 28 and last two beloved aunts age 33 amidst a plethora of other significant traumatic losses of friendships, relationships and familial ties all in the wake of active addiction 2022-23 he transformed his pain into purpose, showing how adversity can forge strength. His independent spirit and contributions to the community since age 14 highlights his journey of growth and responsibility.
