approachin step eight, for me, marked a critical transition from introspective awareness to interpersonal accountability. havin previously identified my character defects, i then turned to examine how those traits had been weaponized to harm others, particularly those closest to me who loved me most. with support from my HP and sponsor, i moved beyond listin names toward a deeper analysis of the specific ways my behavior had caused harm. this was not about self-redemption but about preparin to make amends with humility, clarity, and without expectation. the aim was to become truly useful, to align with a life of service over self-interest. it required surrenderin my need for justification and replacin guilt with principled action. step eight was a guide toward not just reflection, but transformation, lived out in such a manner others would experience its effect. 1 day @ a time…
