for me deep listenin is not a passive act, nor is it confined to stillness or external symbolism. it is an active, conscious engagement; an intentional openness to the quiet voice of spiritual intuition that transcends both external noise and internal mental chatter. it is the practice of silencin the ‘committee’ within, the repetitive, circular thinkin of self-will, so that i might become receptive to truths that do not originate from desire or ego, but from need, growth, and grace. in this space of spiritual attentiveness, i practice humility. humility fosters willingness, which in turn cultivates integrity. from integrity increases the courage to live authentically, which deepens faith, nurtures hope and strengthens honesty. these are not abstract virtues but interconnected spiritual principles that, when lived, allow me to extend brotherly love in both word and deed. such internal alignment allows me to engage the world spiritually, not just theoretically. i no longer hide behind feelins of inadequacy or perform loyalty, i embody it through service and empathy. i become a channel for grace, not by preachin but by livin in a way that reflects spiritual transformation. in doin so, i remain connected to those i serve, offerin compassion that does not condescend but uplifts. as i help others overcome their fears and self-doubt, i dismantle my own. by affirmin anothers worth, i diminish the grip of my own insecurities. each act of deep listenin becomes an act of love; an offerin that nourishes both me and another. i discover, again and again, that spiritual reciprocity is a law: one cannot truly give without receivin, nor receive without givin. and all of this, this cascade of spiritual clarity, action, and growth, begins with a single, willin act, to listen deeply. 1 day @ a time…
