for me, peace of mind in this thing we do is not achieved cheaply; it requires a return to the wholesome, yet seemingly, radical honesty of the first step. i had to ask whether honesty was truly worth embracin, not only with myself, where self-deception always lurked, but also with my sponsor, whose presence safeguarded me from my own rationalizations. speakin my intentions aloud before takin action was a form of rehearsal in truth-tellin, a discipline that prepared me to face others with integrity. even the illusion of concealin matters from my HP dissolved under this process; accountability could not be evaded. by sharin and rehearsin my amends, i was bound to Justice, not merely to repair harm, but to honor the moral law within and the divine presence above. in this way, Justice became not an abstract ideal but a lived reality: honesty expressed in action, responsibility embraced without retreat. peace of mind followed not as reward, but as consequence. relyin on my HP for courage and strength, i discovered that Justice and peace are inseparable; to walk in truth is to walk in freedom. 1 day @ a time...
