it has been my experience that spiritual maturity grows when i apply what i have learned through self-inventory to create inner change that shapes my thoughts, actions, and behavior. as these changes become part of who i am, gratitude turns into quiet loyalty to a better self. i have learned that when my heart is right, my world follows. i cannot control what happens outside me, but i can transform what is within. through workin on my mental twists and trustin my HP, doubt gives way to confidence and humility replaces pride. livin with a focus on today, right now, keeps me free from the weight of yesterday and the illusion of tomorrow. Perseverance becomes my strength, helpin me face each moment with integrity and peace. by usin what this thing we do, and my HP give me, fear loosens its grip, and serenity becomes my way of bein. these are the gifts of steady effort and surrender, the quiet rewards of transformation. 1 day @ a time…
