Self-love……cont

I want to thank my friends at Biddy Tarot. They sent this to me as an idea for a daily self-love ritual. I wanted to dare all of you to do it with me. It seems like fun and it only takes ten mins. So here are the rules..... Every day you draw one tarot card. Use your own if you have tarot cards or you are welcome to use the same card that I pull. You can also use Google to find tarot card generators. However you like to do it, doesn't matter. Once you draw your card you then spend 10 mins journalling what you love and appreciate about yourself based on this card. So, today I pulled the Page of Cups ( reversed ). Page of Cups card reversed represents new ideas, doubting intuition, creative blocks, emotional immaturity, taste, inclination, attachment, seduction, deception, artifice. I set the timer for ten minutes and began writing. I love that I always come up with new ideas. I love that I have ideas that change the way people see, think, or do things. I love when I am confident in my ideas. I love those times I am not afraid of what others may think of my ideas. I love my intuition. My intuition rarely steers me wrong. I love how I catch myself before, I act too immature for my age. I love that I allow myself the room to be immature and love like a child. I love that a simple walk outside barefoot can ground me and bring me back to my center. I felt so confident in myself and my capabilities. Thank you to Biddy Tarot for the idea. What a way to start my day! I dare you to give it a try. Breath........think....repeat!
