Working from home in March of 2020 did NOT work for me and on March 31, 2020 my husband got home to find me incoherent from alcohol withdrawal. I scored an ICU bed in the throws of Covid. The good news is that I lived and got sober thanks to my higher power and AA. 10/11/2020 I was making my 300th skydive and had a perfect stand up landing right until I broke my tibial plateau. I attached the video. Turns out 20+ years of heavy drinking gave me severe osteoporosis. The landing was perfect but the landing gear gave out. Since then I have had 4 surgeries on my leg and a cyst removed from my spine. I’ve got 2 hip replacement surgeries to look forward to. The first one is in Jan and the 2nd one is as soon as I heal up from the 1st one. I am a member of both AA and Chronic Pain Anonymous. I look forward to meeting ya’ll.
