i reckon it would be wrong fer me to say my spirituality doesnt get affected by shit that goes on around me today. in my humanness, i still live life each day. what is different from the past is, today i have other options available to me to help guide me through the times when life is goin on and gettin to me. sure, i may sit in it fer a minute or two, and let it start to comfort me but i quickly remember this is what caused problems fer me in the past. i need to use the tools i have been taught to get through it instead of relyin on the way i used to get through it. the days of judgin and then blamin others fer my current state of mind is gone! i need to own up to my part and use the daily monitorin this passage suggests. 1 day @ a time...
