Thursdays at 9:00 PM–10:00 PM EST
Moderator/Facilitator: Rachel Levy, LMHC
About the Meeting:

Conceived underneath the Hollywood sign, born and raised in Los Angeles, Rachel felt it was destiny that led her to bring the consciousness of California to Miami, and has made the city her home since 1985. Insecurity, lack of self worth and the desperate need to be liked (mixed with sex, drugs and rock & roll) brought Rachel to her knees in self-destruction by the time she was 18. It was then, in 1978, that Rachel took herself to est, Werner Erhard’s transformational seminar, at the Ambassador Hotel and changed the course of her life.
Practicing what she preaches, she turned her wounds into wisdom by stepping onto the path of 12 Step recovery in 1985. Through the program, she fortuitously met her first Miami friend, Debbie Ford, author and internationally recognized expert in personal transformation. 12 Steps and 12 years later, Rachel, now a trained psychotherapist, followed Debbie in the belief that addiction can be healed through the transformative power of embracing one’s Shadow side. Rachel became a modern-day missionary, educating and enrolling Miami into the The Shadow Process, the renowned program Ford had developed and led while serving as Deepak Chopra’s Emotional Educator in La Jolla, California. Rachel produced The Shadow Process in Miami simultaneously.
Rachel, wanting to heal in her own marriage, deepened her path as teacher and coach by
becoming trained and certified in Imago Relationship Therapy (developed by Hedy Schleifer, LMHC). Implementing new language and relational developmental theories to finish the unfinished business of childhood, Rachel lives to teach and practice the skills of empathy and bridge-building through Intentional Dialogue (aka Conscious Dialogue).
Coming full circle, in 2015 Rachel met the founders of In The Rooms, the largest online global recovery platform, where she is currently developing her 12 Step inspired program HEALTHY LOVE, a new paradigm for spiritually-based conscious relationships. She teaches through sharing her gifts of being an empathic connector, bridge builder, master in shadow work and cultivator of loving relationships on and off the danse floor in her role as Sacred Spaceholder, where she continues to foster the Sacred throughout all aspects of her private and community practice.
The 4 Pillars of Rachel Levy, LMHC’s Practice:
