my daily reflections…

i have personally sat in the rooms with pimps and whores, murderers and thieves, judges, lawyers, and law enforcement, millionaires and homeless, doctors and engineers, priests and reverends, ship captains, CEOs and laypeople, rock stars and professional sports personalities, each one of us seekin the same common solution to a common disease we each shared. though any one of our personal circumstances or situations may have been very different, the emotions, the disease, and the solutions were the same. i cannot say i am different from anyone of the people mentioned above. i am just as alcoholic as any one of em may have been. to sit with em, hand in hand, and share our personal troubles, each seekin, and usin the same program of recovery in many different ways, yet followin the same spiritual principles and guideline, can only be an act and grace of a Power greater than ourselves. 1 day @ a time...
