sometimes i can find myself caught in a cycle of self-pity and spiritual delusion, especially when i attempt to rationalize my feelins of powerlessness. through personal self-inventory and past experiences, i have recognized how unproductive and overwhelmin it can be to succumb to these self-created chaotic emotions. however, my struggle with alcoholism persists, remindin me that takin immediate action is essential, particularly when prayer and meditation seem to fall short coz of spiritual delusion. while i acknowledge the challenges in my life, focusin on one issue at a time enables me to move towards solutions rather than dwellin in negativity. embracin self-love and extendin that love to others helps dispel the self-pity and spiritual delusion i sometimes experience. by appreciatin the many blessins around me, i cultivate gratitude and hope, which is a vital part of my daily recovery journey. 1 day @ a time…
