this mornins readin resonates with me. the insights presented within it, particularly the two concepts it explores, which are essential for confrontin my fears and understandin my character. the distinction between these ideas is pivotal; it represents the line between remainin unwell and achievin a state of health. i wish to clarify that i do not believe that practices like prayer or meditation inherently keep me in an emotionally or psychologically unhealthy state. rather, i recognize that my perceptions of judgment, whether i view them as detrimental or beneficial, can be swayed by my own selfish tendencies, willfulness, or self-absorption. however, by engagin in open dialogue with another person about whats goin on within me and my experiences, i allow myself to be vulnerable to scrutiny and diverse perspectives, which may not always align with my desires. this process, when approached with honesty and a willingness to listen, fosters the open-mindedness necessary for embracin a holistic and healthy path toward healin. such an approach is vital for my personal growth and essential for advancin in my recovery journey. i cannot grow if i am unwillin to share my dirt. 1 day @ a time…
