i do not proclaim my recovery as a banner to be waved but as a quiet testimony lived in rhythm with grace. attraction, not promotion, was the language through which this thing we do first spoke to me. those who came before embodied a composure that neither demanded attention nor sought acclaim; their serenity itself was the message. my HP, in inscrutable mercy, aligned my path with theirs so that i might discern the difference between performance and presence. recovery, i have learned, is not a declaration but a state of bein, an interior revolution expressed through outward restraint. to Persevere is to sustain that revolution through disciplined surrender. i participate in this unbroken tradition by contributin, listenin, and servin as others once did for me. the current of love, faith, and humility that now animates my life is not of my own makin but a reflection of Divine continuity. to live by these principles is to honor the lineage of transformation that binds sufferer to sufferer across all boundaries. thus i move forward, confident, unhurried, and aware, trustin that every act performed in faith extends the legacy of recovery. 1 day @ a time...
